Follow the sign to park the car in the rental return area. There is a drop box where the customer should leave the copy of the rental agreement and the keys. The vehicle remains the renter’s responsibility until it is checked in by a National employee the next business day.

Vehicles can be driven in all European countries except Albania, Belarus, Bosnia, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, Northern Macedonia, Russia, Kaliningrad region, Turkey and Ukraine. There are no additional fees for cross-border travel. No prior permission is required to leave the country with the vehicle.

„Освобождаване от отговорност за щети“ е допълнителна услуга. Тя намалява вашата финансова отговорност до 1500 – 3000 швейцарски франка за кражба и повреда на превозното средство, неговите части и аксесоари, при условие че превозното средство се използва в съответствие с условията на споразумението за отдаване под наем.

Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection does not cover: tire punctures, wheel damage, interior damage, wrong fuel, roof damage, undercarriage damage, damage to lights or lenses, damage from weather, natural disasters, damage from riots or civil unrest, damage from dangerous substances Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection will be voided if damage is caused by: driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, unauthorized driver, racing or speed contest or competition, unlicensed driver or driver training, driving over state or international borders in violation of the Rental Agreement, gross negligence or recklessness, or driving off of a regularly maintained roadway.

All vehicles must be returned in the same fuel level. In case of differences, the renter pays the missing fuel according to the rental contract.

COST OF RENTAL INCLUDES TIME AND MILES, UNLIMITED KILOMETERS, COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER AND THEFT PROTECTION-CDWTP, VAT, AIRPORT FEE, WINTER FEE AND ROAD TAX.

Лично покритие срещу нещастни случаи Нашето „Лично покритие срещу нещастни случаи“ ви осигурява финансова компенсация в случай на инцидент с превозното ви средство под наем или при качване или излизане от автомобила. Това покритие се отнася за регистрирания и посочен шофьор, както и за неговите пътници по време на наема. Суми на покритие: до 30 000,00 швейцарски франка на човек в случай на инвалидност, 15 000,00 швейцарски франка в случай на смърт.

VISA, American Express and MasterCard are accepted for payment and deposit for the rental. All customers are required to provide a deposit plus the cost of the rental by credit card. The deposit amount for car classes intermediate and below is CHF 2,000.00. The deposit amount for any car class above intermediate is CHF 3,000.00. Payment must be made with a valid credit card issued in the name of the renter.

Breakdown Service Enterprise provides the renter with a breakdown service. This includes a 24-hour emergency service, which organizes appropriate services for the renter to continue the journey or to tow the vehicle. The cost of the entire service will be charged to the customer. The service costs can be covered by Roadside Assistance Protection (RAP).

All drivers, renter and additional drivers, must produce a valid driving license at the time of rental. In addition to a valid driving license, the primary renter must further produce two proofs of address, an additional photographic identification - i.e. passport, and a major credit card in their own name. Proof of address - i.e. utility bill, credit card bill or bank statement - must be no more than three months old. Multiple-part driving license holders must produce all parts of their license. An international driving permit is required for anyone holding a non-European driving license. Additional ID or further identification checks may be requested if deemed necessary. This may include an identity check with external partners who may check details supplied against databases to which they have access.

Super Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection-SCDWTP- is an optional coverage that can only be purchased in addition to Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection CDWTP. SCDWTP cannot be purchased alone. SCDWTP reduces the excess on CDWTP to 0 CHF in cases of theft of the vehicle or after collision. SCDWTP is not applicable if the event occurred due to driver negligence or legal violation. In these cases the renter will be liable for the entire financial loss incurred by the lessor.

Supplementary Liability Protection SLP (Third Party Liability) cover is required by law and included in all rates. Coverage limits: Third party bodily injury and or death as well as third party property damage up to 100.00 MIO. CHF.

TWP Tires and Windshield Protection is an optional coverage which reduces the renters financial responsibility in the event of damage to the tires, rims or windshield of the vehicle subject to the terms and conditions of your rental contract and applicable laws. It is available for an additional fee of 9.50 CHF per day plus VAT and Airport Fees where applicable and waives the excess for damage to tires, rims and windows to 0 CHF.
