Please note for afterhours reservations (pick-ups outside 8am-8pm Mon-Fri, 10am-2pm Sat or 10am-8pm Sun) this location is unmanned and it is therefore vital that your rental agreement is signed, and all payment authorizations are completed prior to arrival. Please complete your check-in process via the link you will receive in your pre-check-in email 48 hours prior to pick up. All information is required including full name, home address, phone number, email address, driving license information and credit card details. Please note for rentals outside normal operating hours, your booking is not confirmed unless all of the above requirements have been met and you have received the final signed rental agreement by email. For afterhours reservations, you will receive a link from our vendor partner Sharebox which will prompt you for driving license information, including a picture of the front and back of the driving license document. Once submitted, you will receive a location ID to retrieve your rental keys. Arrival: Once in arrivals hall, you will find our rental office located to the left next to the baggage claim. At the end you will find our office. Walk past our office to the lounge area and our key box is attached on the wall. Please follow the instructions emailed prior to arrival or stated on the key box to get your key. WiFi/data is needed to access the rental key for after hours reservations. If you cannot access WiFi/data, have any issues, or need assistance, please contact our 24-hour helpline who will assist you. When you have collected your key, proceed by walking to the exit. Once outside, turn right and go to the end of the terminal building, cross the road and the rental parking P10 will be on your right. Your vehicle will be parked at a branded Alamo/Enterprise/National stall. Your vehicle has been checked for damages and if any, they will be marked on your rental agreement which you will receive via email. Please take time to walk-around your vehicle before leaving the parking garage, if you notice a new damage take a picture/video with time/date and contact our branch as soon as possible during working hours to inform us of the new damage. To exit the parking area, follow the signs for ‘Exit’ Return: Follow the signs to P10. Entering the parking area, park your vehicle at an available stall marked for Alamo/Enterprise/National. If the parking is full, please park your vehicle at the gravel area next to our parking area. To drop of your key, please use our drop box in the terminal building. Once inside the terminal building, turn left and our office will be in the end. Walk past our office to the lounge area and our key box is attached on the wall. Follow the instructions on the display and enter the plate number on the key tag (i.e. UF12345) and your phone number. A slot will open, place the key inside and close the slot firmly. If any issues or assistance needed, please contact our 24-hour helpline who will assist you. The final invoice will be sent to your email within 72 hours. Important information: To provide convenience to travellers we provide 24/7 returns. Please note, outside business hours, depositing the keys in the drop box does not constitute the end of the rental. You remain liable for any damages until an Alamo/National/Enterprise employee takes possession of the vehicle and keys when the rental branch opens the following working day.

При всички случаи клиентите трябва да информират клона за отдаване под наем относно тяхното намерение да напуснат държавата с превозното средство и да изискат разрешение. All rentals where the vehicle is not returned to the same location as it was collected from will be subject to a one-way fee. This one-way fee varies based on car category, location, and pick-up date. The exact amount of the one-way fee will be displayed during the reservation process when entering the dates, the desired route, and car category.

„Освобождаване от отговорност за щети при сблъсък и защита при кражба“ не покрива: джанти, калници, предно стъкло, гуми, щети по интериора, щети по покрива, щети по ходовата част, щети от бунтове или граждански безредици, щети от опасни вещества, щети, причинени от използването на неправилно гориво, както и при непредприемане на всички разумни мерки за опазване на ключовете на превозното средство или друго устройство, което отключва превозното средство и/или позволява стартирането му. „Освобождаване от отговорност за щети при сблъсък“ ще бъде анулирано, ако щетите са причинени от: неспособност за опазване на ключовете на превозното средство или незаключване на превозното средство, неразрешени ремонти на превозното средство, използване от неупълномощен шофьор, използване от неправоспособен шофьор, използване за наем или срещу възнаграждение, използване на превозното средство за незаконни цели или умишлено причиняване на телесни повреди или материални щети, състезания, улични гонки, обучение на някого да шофира, използване под въздействието на алкохол или наркотици, използване на превозното средство извън държавата без нашето разрешение, претоварване с повече пътници, отколкото са предпазните колани, теглене, използване извън пътя, превозване на опасни или вредни вещества, умишлена или безразсъдна небрежност.

„Освобождаване от отговорност за щети при сблъсък и защита при кражба“ (CDWTP) е покритие по избор, което намалява отговорността на наемателя в случай на щети по каросерията, кражба или опит за кражба на превозното средство. Ако CDW не е включено в резервацията, наемателят носи отговорност до пълната пазарна стойност на превозното средство. Ако CDWTP не е включено в резервацията, то може да се закупи. At the time of pickup customer must present a national driver's license valid in the country of pickup. All EU national driving licenses are valid in Norway. The driving license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 12 months before the date of the commencement of the rental. Pre-EU licenses should be in Latin alphabet with international remark “Permis De Conduire”. For all non-European union renters an international driving permit (IDP) is required. IDP must be accompanied with the national driving license. IDP is not required if customer holds driver’s license of Australia, Canada, Iceland, Norway, New Zealand, Switzerland Or United States. Special requirements apply for driving licenses of the People's Republic Of China And Vietnam. Please turn to your embassies for further information. Passport information: renters from countries with Schengen agreement (including Iceland, Norway And Switzerland) will need to present a valid national identity card or passport at the rental counter as proof of identity. All other renters will need to present a valid international passport in roman alphabet at the rental counter as proof of identity. The above conditions is also applicable for all additional drivers, if any.

Third Party Liability insurance is mandatory by law and included with all rental rates. There is no limit to the amount of Liability insurance coverage per accident for personal injury or death. Liability insurance covers per accident for property damage up to 10,000,000.00 NOK. Third Party insurance cover amounts are adjusted each year from the 1st of January. The liability insurance does not cover injury to the driver of the rental vehicle but third parties, passengers, are covered. It also does not cover the renter’s property or cover damages to a connected vehicle on the rental like a caravan or trailer.
